The Key to Creating a Badass Onboarding Experience

Everyone wants to create an experience for their clients that leaves them feeling like they made the best choice in a coach. How do you keep your clients coming back month after month?

Set Expectations

Have a pricing and guidelines sheet as well as a contract that outlines exactly what your client can expect from your sessions.

Communicate Regularly

Nothing is more frustrating than a person going AWOL when you really need them! Be sure to check in with your clients, even when they don’t have a session scheduled, just to show that you are still here and ready to help!

Provide a Cohesive Branded Experience

I don’t know about you, but when I see a service provider with a completely cohesive brand (I’m talking website, Insta, Welcome Packets, etc) I am impressed! Come up with your brand’s color palette and fonts and use this across all platforms.
