As a coach, it’s easy to focus the majority of your time on your clients and your business that you forget about your own needs AKA on the quick road to burnout!
Here are 3 ways to avoid burnout in your coaching biz!
1. REFUEL & RECHARGE
Take time to relax in between client sessions & on your days off. Prioritize whatever self care looks like for you. Whether that is meditating, reading a good book, or watching your favorite show.
2. ESTABLISH BOUNDARIES
A crucial, but tough thing to do in your coaching biz. This can look like setting up certain days for sessions or having office hours for your inbox / messaging. While establishing boundaries can be a little scary, your clients will appreciate the boundaries you set in place!
3. OUTSOURCE
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again… outsource the parts of your business that you dread doing!! It’s not doing you or your business any good for you to dedicate your time & energy to tasks that you don’t enjoy. When you don’t enjoy doing something, you aren’t doing your best work! When you outsource those tasks, you have more time to focus on the parts of your business that mean the most to you.
